This new tenant build-out serves as a major food destination for travelers in the DC metropolitan area. Tech 24 Construction served as the general contractor and sub-contractor for the majority of the project. In house, we performed the custom millwork, tile, custom stonework, enhanced lighting, stainless steel, and Tech.
Our ability to work around the clock contributed to overall success living up to the name “Tech 24Construction”.
