Designed by Architect DSF Group and delivered by Tech-24 Construction. This elegant Italian Restaurant Concept is the cornerstone of The Halstead Square at Dun Loring Metro. The owner of Halstead Lofts and DSF Group advisors partnered with chef Chris Watson to develop this trendy upscale eatery as another amenity to the public and residents. Ovvio offers polished concrete floors and reclaimed wood tables. Sitting in the Red hound-stooth fabric chairs watching the top chefs work in the open kitchen makes this restaurant come together. The custom built pizza oven is the center piece for the open kitchen. This project was completed in 15 weeks from the start date and Tech-24 Construction was the General Contractor, kitchen equipment supplier, installer and performed all trades internally for this project. A special thanks to CARBON who created the custom tables and bar.
