Jefferson Café

This Multi-Tennant Project for Tishman Speyer took place over a period of 6 weeks and 4 occupied phases. The entire project took place at Arlington Towers where the foot traffic is constant all times of the day and evening.

It was imperative to keep normal operating conditions during construction as most of the renovations took place adjacent to the lobby and directly above or underneath tenant areas. The Jefferson Cafe was completely dismantled through-out all dining areas | restrooms | and upper kitchen and put back together in less than 30 days.

We relocated a Sundries Shop, added a full service Starbucks | Au Bon Pan, and a satellite catering Kitchen. The Old Cafe was transformed into a revenue generating area for 3 separate tenants to function cohesively.

Scope: 5 styles of Tile, Custom Italian Hardwood Flooring, Re-conditioning of existing hardwoods throughout, Custom Hardwood Doors, Antique Dark & White Wash Finishes, Paint, Custom Woodwork, Railings, Millwork, Mirrors, Solid Surface Countertops, Reeded Glass, Buffet Lines, Custom Aluminum and Stainless, Full KEC Install and much more.
