Fairview Ave – Distillery Construction

This block of DC included a new base building, 2 new warehouses and the reconstruction of several other warehouses. 2 Distilleries were constructed. Several challenges including retaining walls, shoring, mezzanines and underpinning. All buildings had new infrastructure including sprinkler, sewer, storm and power upgrades. over 50K SF in total.
