Starbucks Construction
Tech 24 Construction re-modeled numerous Starbucks locations in a 2 to 10 day timeframe. The scope of these re-models included interior and exterior tenant space improvements, new kitchen equipment install, new plumbing fixture install, extensive carpentry for custom wood and new carpet, tiling and paint.
Schedules and timing were paramount on these project as all work was completed after hours. All stores kept normal operations during renovations. Tech 24 Construction was the General Contractor and performed all trades internally for these project
