Tech 24 Construction re-modeled numerous Red Robin locations in a 7 to 14 day timeframe depending on the intricacies of the work sought after. The scope of these re-models included interior and exterior tenant space improvements, detailed tiling, bar replacement and installation of new tables and seating.
Schedules and timing were paramount on these project as all work was completed after hours. All stores kept normal operations during renovations. Tech 24 Construction was the General Contractor and performed all trades internally for these project.
All projects were completed on time, on budget, and with minor punch out item.
