Tech 24 Construction re-modeled numerous Potbelly Sandwiches. Each shop location where completed in a 7 to 14 day timeframes. Tech 24has worked on dozens of their stores and performed complete remodels on 6. The scope of these re-models included interior and exterior tenant space improvements, painting the stores, new polished concrete, new hardwood floors, furniture packages, cooking equipment and millwork re-placement
Schedules and timing were paramount on these project as all work was completed after hours. All stores kept normal operations during renovations. Tech 24 Construction was the General Contractor and performed all trades internally for these project.
All projects were completed on time, on budget, and with minor punch out items.
