This abandoned building was in need of a “new life” and 18 months later, the new condominium owners were treated to the trendiest and most functional units in Old Town Alexandria. The entire building was stripped down to bare cinderblock walls, re-studded, plumbed, and wired. Complete with plasma TV’s, each unit shined with new cherry hardwood flooring, chef’s kitchen w/granite, stainless steel appliances, marble baths and “period” trim throughout. In addition, each unit was fitted with high efficiency HVAC and washer/dryer units.
