Tech 24 Construction has re-modeled dozens of Noodles and Company locations. Twelve locations were completed during 2012 in a 10 week timeframe. The scope of these re-models included interior and exterior tenant space improvements. All work was completed after hours. All stores kept normal operations during renovations.
Scopes ranged in combination of: Complete Paint Ceiling to Floor, Doors and Hardware, Custom Wainscot, Freestyle Coke Machine Installs, FFE Removal and Replacement, Patio Furniture, Patio Exterior Railings, Custom Metal Interior and Exterior, Custom Signature Red Door Repair and Replacement, Exterior Signage, Signature S-Wall millwork, Interior Millwork Beverage Stations and Service Counters, Solid Surface Countertops, Complete restroom Re-models, ACT Removal and replacement in Kitchens, Custom Stainless Wall Panel and FRP in Kitchens, Removal and Replacement of Kitchen Equipment, Custom tile, Quarry tile, Grout replacement, Wall Removal and Layout changes, Dining Room Carpet Replacement, Full FFE removal and replacement, Pavers, Storefront replacement and repair, Complete lighting package removal and replacement, HVAC repairs and replacement.
