Partnering with GrizForm Design Architects, Tech 24 Construction took on this 5 week interior/ exterior renovation with ease. Located on the corner of 21st and P St. Northwest, in the heart of DuPont Circle, sits a perfectly adequate Italian Bistro with routine. Specializing in a Mediterranean cuisine, Urbana’s sleek, urban ambiance sets the tone and atmosphere in Hotel Palomar. Renovations included: The expansion of the bar area to incorporate a new double sided bar with 28 new bar seats as well as the cityscape lounge space complete with 22 new lounge seats. The private dining room was relocated to provide more accommodation to the public as well as a complete revamp of the P St. patio area. Throughout the renovation process, it was important for us to maintain the signature subway tile walls and highly recognizable pizza bar and incorporate the old with the new. Tech 24Construction served as the General Contractor and the Sub-Contractor for the majority of this project.
